It is not the beginning of a homoerotic story but the birth of an experiment. A single and socially heterosexual man, of humble origins and not much education, was willing to break down some strong social barriers and expose his body to the camera and to the adversity of the cold mountain.
After a few months of meeting the worker who worked on the construction of my apartment, I had to supervise his work for a couple of days due to the guarantee of some finishes.
He sheepishly looked at the photos of naked bodies on the walls of my apartment during a snack break, and he began to opine. Out of nowhere I suggested him posing.
In the following days he rehearsed, he went out at 5 AM to the terrace of his house in the cold of Bogotá and he wrote me to confirm that he was capable, that he wanted the photos.
On the mountain, his shyness slowly faded
He went from hiding, protecting himself to shouting to the world for his liberation
The vegetation of the "páramo" sheltered him
